They sent email verifying and giving the usual requirements (all of which I have long since satisfied)
I have over time gotten amount up to about 65 bucks and requested a full withdrawal.
After several emails, I get one stating the following when questioned about whether I was a depositing customer or not:
"it matters casue we are not honoring freebie money any longer and have not been in almost 6 months, thanks"
They have ignored my subseqent emails and phone calls, where the cs rep said that doesn't sound right, and "will forward the info to the manager"
Nothing for days now.
