Andrew Shaw (lower body) won't play in Game 3, but he may be available for Game 4 on Friday.
He will not make the trip to Minnesota for Tuesday's contest. Shaw missed the second game of the series because of a lower-body injury.
Coach Joel Quenneville is looking for more from Brandon Bollig.
"We're probably looking for more (from Bollig)," Quenneville said after Bollig was scratched on Sunday. "It's his play and he had a real strong regular season, for the most part. Might just need more pace, I think that's what we're looking for." It isn't clear yet if Bollig will draw back into the lineup for Game 3 on Tuesday night.
