I have said before that I believe there are match ups in each series that give us favorable props. They may or may not necessarily hit every game but I do believe in this game tonight there is one that sticks out and I am hitting it hard (for me)! There are several things I look at when I make one of these plays (obviously besides their stat averages) and tonight this one really stuck out. Lebron is taking this game personally tonight, and with his team being out-rebounded by an average of 10 boards a game, we are gonna see the heat TRY to stop the bleeding on the boards tonight.I believe we see a gritty game from him down-low and even though I think the pacers still out-rebound the heat in the end, I believe lebron gets his number tonight. This is largely a situational play because the winner of this game has a huge advantage on the series and the Heat HAVE to do better on the boards. They are forcing turnovers pretty well but im hoping it goes even better tonight. I'm not expecting this to hit early, but im expecting him to average 2 boards a quarter and make this number happen. Also, on my site, Lebron's rebound prop went from over 6.5 (-130) to over 7.5 (-160) which always makes me feel better. Win or lose- it will be fun to watch!
