L.Tech opened up at one book at 13.5 moved to 16. Other books had line at 15- has moved to 19-19.5. Looking into this game a little more-but L.tech should roll here. Ltech is coming off a road loss to Nevada, and they love to roll it up at home against weaker teams. Ntexas is in a bad spot here. They have a terrible offense,o-line, they are coming off a long awaited win, and they are awful on grass...
