Hello All,

My name is Andrew; I have been dealing with Madjack for quite awhile, but new to the posting forum. I am trying to make myself available for all questions regarding Infinity and our annual NFL contest. I may be online but not always available for immediate response to queries posted in the forum. Hey Andrew I want to get into the contest, but have not played at your book for about a year now. Out of frustation i withdrew everything because i missed 3rd place by 1 minute and got the DQ. ANYWAY i have no recollection of my account number or password. Plus i'm pretty sure my addy has changed. Let me know thanks......Oh yea one more thing......You guys gonna ever get dime lines for bases or what? Tell Sir Charles to loosen up

I have a similar situation, Andrew. I won a $500 account in last years contest, but have never made any plays with it. I assume that it's sitting in there still, but I don't have my PW. Since February, i've emailed Infinity 4 times(with no response to any of them) and I called once(no luck expressing to the clerk what I was getting at). I was able to get my acct # from Jack way back then and I had that info when I contacted Inifinity, but still no luck. Since then, i've lost the acct # again.

I have the same email address as last year and I guess my question is: Do you have an email address that somebody monitors? If so, please post it so I can send whatever info you need to verify my identity and so I can retrieve my acct # and PW. I'd like to go ahead and get my money in for this years contest.

Really sorry you missed out on you share of last year's pie, but can't really cry over spilt milk. Pick yourself up jump back in it and go for the top. Regarding your account number, just drop me a line at andrew@betoninternet.com with you name and address and if it has changed also your previous one or call 1-877-919-4263 and we will be more than happy to help you retrieve it. Unfortunately I can't assist you in getting the "dime line" back but as you know we are using the graduated line which is still better than the "wide line or 20cent line" where you can still have the "dime line" up to -130. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I didn't mean to imply that I sent an email to *you*, directly. I don't remember where it was sent, exactly. Probably something like 'CS @ .??..'. I haven't tried since May or so and it obviously wasn't a real priority of mine. But as I want post up for the contest again this year, I needed some feedback here.

On that note, I just received your unsolicited(except for this thread) email with all of my info, and I appreciate that. I also received my acct number again from Jack at around the same time. Obviously Jack greased the skids a little, but that's what he's here for.

Andrew I am fine and thanks for asking, the kinds words were meant to be free and sincere, but a small stipend is always appreciated in this pursuit !

No apologies needed for the exclusion from this years contest. I was a little disappointed to read that rule at first, but 10 minutes later I realized that was the right thing to do for Jack, Infinity Sports, the forum and quite frankly even myself. What if I had the skill and the LUCK (keyword my friends) to place or show somewhere in the top 10 or 20. It wouldn't be right, I had my fun now let someone else run the race & reap the reward. I told my wife while driving out to eat that night I just realized that I should not be in it this year. I have two other NFL contests I compete in and get this I finished second in both of them last year. My goal is to win one of them this year, time will tell.

Anyone who doesn't enter this contest needs their head examined, where else can you have your cake and eat it too. You play with the fee used to enter and win lose or draw you have a 1 in 100 (give or take depending on the number of entrants) chance of winning a large prize and even better odds of placing in the money. It can be done just put your mind to it and go for it. The least that will happen is you will have a lot of fun.

I apologize, I did miss your post. Jack did assist in getting this situation resolved but that was in the form of sending me your e-mail address. I'm happy to know you had fun in last years contest and wish the same for this year. I hope everthing goes well from now on, but we all know no one is perfect and shit sometimes happen.
