It has been 15 days that I quit smoking MadJack after 22 years. I am afraid it took a phone call from my sister-in law to say my older brother was in the hospital w/ an accelerated heart beat. He is doing fine. I certainly dont wish that on anyone, but having lost my father (smoker) to heart disease when he was only 47 I have finally gotten the message. Once and for all. Good luck Madjack. Your health is so so important!
