I don't think employees of the mail service are obligated to get out of their vehicles to deliver.

here at VB you get a warning and after that you can pick up your mail at the PO

I seriously thought he was a UPS driver and retired..... not sure why.

Then, while riding up a mountain with him and WhatsHisNuts did he tell me his real occupation, which was waaaay cooler than a UPS driver.

Was that a cap gun? Christ, he shot her twice in the head from zero feet, and she was still trying to get up.

I particularly liked when the guy in the street yells, "I'm going to make your life a living hell!!!"........Well, maybe not. Also, when he taunted him by calling him a pussy over and over, and then he gets shot and runs away yelling, "Call the cops! Call the cops!!!!!"

Crazy times!
