I'm trying to let an internal program send out mass e-mails, to do this it has to have mail routing turned on. (Relaying) this is all fine and dandy, but when I do this it also makes our exchange server an Open Relay, and then we get block listed. So I've tried telling exchange to only relay messages from certain ip address, including the server that has the program for our mass e-mail software, and the computer from which the client runs the program. This should be all I need, but it doesn't work, it will onliy work if put our Exchange server's ip address in, which again, makes us an open relay.. any ideas? thanx..
