HELP----- BackWeb? Computer people!

Have something on my computer called BackWeb. never noticed it till recently. now I'm getting messages that "BackWeb shutdown in progress" anyone know what this is?

BackWeb is a server application. Are you part of a corporation that sends data files to your hard drive. Its supposed to be an "invisible" delivery system for various types of information. Without you realizing it, it can send info to your harddrive then alert the sender that that transmission was successful.
