Personally I wouldn't recommend any book that isn't on Madjack's list of sportsbooks. They are reputable and Jack will help you if you have any problems. The only other one I would recommend is Olympic but I have accounts with lots of the Madjacks sponsors

I wouldn't necessarily make the assumption that Offshore Books aren't trustworthy if they're not listed sponsors of Jack's site. I can tell ya from past experience that there are a lot of good books out there that don't participate in much advertising at all!
The advantage of using one that sponsors Jack's site is the fact that they will help you resolve any problems that you might have with the Book. Bookie Joint is a prime example....

Never heard of them, beware of books that offer huge sign ups and matching bonuses. Stick with the ones that have been around with some good rep.
