Help,Garage sale,Complete set of golf clubs and bag

Not my sport, were having a three street one day garage sale tommorrow ( Sat ).I have a " Hot Z " Pro Group bag. Brown leather and Canvas mix,Like new and a set of SpaldingTop flite Professional model irons, incuding a putter. The woods (4) are also Top Flite ( Registered ? medium ? )with covers .I would have to say descent at best Been used some what.Grips are fine. Any Golfer have an idea @ what I should price them at.In all I think their one hell of a starter set for someone.I spent last night cleaning them up. Help ! thank U
