Had this game rated at 5-6 pts. Feel it wouldn't be out of line to add 2 more points as a "home" advantage. Sooners are only 2 hours from Dallas and will bring a large home base.
Xavier very strong and give them upmost respect. Watched both games very carefully on Friday. Inspite of the Musketeers 12 pt win against Hawaii, the game was close to the end and struggled to pull out the victory.
The Sooners jumped out to a 14 pt lead against ILL Chi in the first half. Got lazy and a little floul trouble. ILL Chi famed 3 point plays started hitting in the second half for an "eazy" cover?
Sooners are ripe here. Conference ratings - no need to talk about it. Sooners have handled UCONN on the road, Texas twice in the last three weeks, Maryland, and have won all single digit point spreads (5-0) by double digits over L5 in that spread category. Sooners lost at Lawrence in a last 2 minute foul fest.
