I'm on an 0 for 20 run. I'm getting killed and with each loss I'm losing confidence.
Can you guys gimme some advice to get back on track?
Should I risk less $ for a better comeback on parlays or bet straight up?
Should I bet heavy favorites on the ML?
Please- I need help!
Thank you in advance

did you have a loss limit to start the season? You need to assess that as opposed to just coming up with a different take on your plays. Chasing is no way to turn a loss into a profit.

I finally got back on track the last two weeks. Best advice already given. Don't chase and make sure you only bet what you can afford to lose. Take a break, man. Don't bet these mid-week games. Leave that to us degenerates.

But seriously, if you are on that bad of a run, I'd bet the top 10 teams only. I read a statistic the other day that it's over 70% ATS.

Good luck whatever you do.

just go to thunder's thread and bet on every single game he bets on at the amounts he says.

but if you jinx his picks for the rest of us i'm calling for you to get banned from MJ

Bet fewer games

Lower your bet size

Don't chase--that money's gone

Set a bankroll for each sport and if you lose it, that season's over.

I am not a savvy veteran, but I do have some experience in having bad runs. Do not ever remember being 0-20 though! I respect Jamison that he even admits that. Lots of times we only hear about winners and good streaks from many gamblers.
I work with a guy that hits Atlantic City about 3-4 times a year and have never heard about a losing trip? Can not believe he even has to still work.

I would not quit as long as you still have a bank roll? In my case, Football is all that I bet on and I refuse to give up until the Pro's head to Hawaii.!

You should pick out just 1 or 2 plays that you just love. Maybe even 3 games? Load up on just those games and then when you hit them you can play small plays with the house money for the action on other games. Sounds pretty easy right? Of course in your situation, you might want to fade those picks that you love. And as was requested previously-
You should post your picks for everybody to see.

:0003 Good Luck, G.J

Yep only straight bets-lesser bets and be patient--set a goal to try and get 10 of htose lost bets back. Gambling is a long haul--gl

Agree! Pick 3 games everyone is betting on and use those 3 teams in a round robin (seriously)Look for Goy's and those are good fades!

0-5=happens even to the best
0-10=hard to happen to even bad players
0-15=I have a better chance of getting head from my wife(and my neighbors)
0-20=put the revolver down and divide future disposable money between lotto tickets and penny stocks while never betting again
