Help with line trends

Can anyone help. The over / under has gone up two points to 224. BUT the public consensus loves the under. Play would be the over right??

PHX is the public consensus so its Dallas +7.

Anyone have any logic about going against?

Always dicey to determine who the "public" is on based on those consensus sites.

Haven't seen a whole lot of Phoenix on any board and line is going up. Local also needs Phoenix pretty badly.
