what are the issues with using USA bank accts and offshore sports books? I am leaving my two locals as the heat has come down on one and the other is unrealiable. Want to put some money into a ligitimate online book but worried about IRS and banking issues. Any help would be great.

not sure what you're asking. i deal with all the books listed on the top left and don't have any banking problems at all. as far as IRS goes, i report everything that comes in from all the books but some people don't. it's up to you.
