Hey boys. Just got done playing my practice rounds the last two days. This place is amazing. Hazeltine is by far the hardest course i have ever played. They said the rough was going to be 4 inches tall. They lied. In the shortest places it is 4 inches and it gets all the way to 6-8 inches. I got in the rough one spot and they had to send an indian tracker in after me cause I got lost. There is not one single hole out here that i would say is a birdie hole. I would take 75 or 76 at hazeltine and haul ass over to Chaska Town course. The Town course is easier. There are about 5 or 6 holes u may need to watch out for but there are plenty of holes to make birdies. Look to see some low scores out there around 66 or 65. Well I go off late tom. Try to get a good nights rest and maybe pray a couple hundred times. Hahahaha. Wish me luck boys.

Fu*k that place letting up!!

That will eliminate at least half the field.

But NOT you, right?

Use it to your advantage...

The tougher the better...

Man, I hope you were able to keep the ball straight and attack when you had the chance, bullet. I'm sorry that I could not get out to the course before the weekend to give you a "MadJacker" cheer and a warm thought moving through your efforts, but work was just too overbearing and I could not cut out. I really wanted to. And I had my own little issues this weekend as we had our little Club Championship today, and I had to get out yesterday to practice and today to play, so I missed trying to help you at all. I hope you enjoyed the week/end - the weather was as good as it gets, and hopefully you can see why those of us who live here know how wonderful it can be for at least part of the year... :tongue

I hope you were able to handle things and came out well. I had the best full round game I've had in several years today...only ended up fourth in our event but actually only hit one bad shot all day - and for me, that is as good as it gets. Had shots at birdies and saved a lot of pars with mid-range putts...it was a beautiful day - and I had a few cold ones along the way. Sorry for hi-jacking this thread, but thought I would throw in my good vibes while waiting for what I hope is a good report from our guy. For those of you that golf...you know what a great round of golf is like on a perfect day, with a good group to play with. I had one. And my wife does not want to hear it..so you got stuck with it...;)

Here's to a good report from out hopeful. I can attest to the fact that he had some beautiful weather for golf, if nothing else. Hope the course treated you well, my friend!

Thats a good score at the Rock, there are some pretty big numbers being posted. If he can shoot decent today, the Town Course will be easier to score on. All the lower numbers now are coming from the Town Course which is what was expected. Not many red numbers at Hazeltine. Beautiful day for golf today!!

tough finish today boys. Was grinding hard keepin it at 2 over then i started to piss shots away. finished bogey, bogey, double, par. Not what I had in mine for my 78. But there can be some low numbers on chaska. hell one guy shot 60. 11 under at the U.S. Am. greens were ridicuously hard and fast. greens rolling a 13 and hurt my feet to walk on them cause they were so hard. Well that is the way things go i guess.

Bullet.....two words: GRIND - GRIND

As you know nothing about this game is easy, keep grinding. Nice little round today. I know you feel it should have been better, but it's respectable and now you have the "easy" couse tomorrow. Try not to piss away too many....Good luck tomorrow

Chadman....congrats on your round.
