Here is a fight that will see none of my money

I don't know much about the type of this fight but for Mercer to be a dog makes this look very strange to me. How can a professional boxer be a dog to this gimmick fighter?

Actually Sponge I may be getting down pretty large on Kimbo. First, Mercer will not be able to hurt Kimbo. Kimbo is use to bare fist so gloves will be like pillows to him. The biggest reason is because of stamina and training. Kimbo is in good shape and young where Mercer is old and this is more than likely just for a payday. Also, Kimbo has been training in Bas's gym for the mma part and Bas has stated that Kimbo is picking up things a very quick pace. If it was straight boxing then I would be a little more cautious but Kimbo should be able to use his strength and either ground and pound Mercer or even KO him.

Lay if i had to bet it that is the side i would take. I don't trust Mercer one bit. He might not even be working out. Lets not forget the fight were he was trying to get the other guy to take a fall when he was behind on the scorecards anticipating a big fight (can't remember who it was against or who he was trying to bribe) Also i wasn't sure it was a mma thing or just boxing. I will watch it tho lol.

yeah, mercer probably thinks all he has to do is land one punch and stretch kimbo. If kimbo doesn't try to 'beat him at his own game' he's likely to win.

I think Kimbo takes this too, I remember Mercer basically giving up after just one high kick from Bonjasky in K-1. It didn't knock Mercer out but he just gave up. I'd imagine once Kimbo takes this to the ground Mercer will just tap from frustation.

i didnt even know Mercer already had a fight in K-1. I have been away far to long and have caught up on most sports but boxing and mma. Im to far behind you guys. Boxing was my favorite sport. Reminds me how screwed up my life was 3 out of the last 4 years.
