not that anyone cares but....TOUGH TITTIES OKLAHOMA! Sometimes it happens that a superior team just doesnt win at the right time. I remember in 1998 Ohio State had the best team in the nation and they lost to Michigan State at home because they just didnt look prepared! They went to the Sugar Bowl beat Florida State and the rest is history.

Oklahoma will go to an inferior BCS bowl and maybe win maybe lose, but they aint gonna be National Champs!

USC and LSU should be playing for this title.....I dont know if I am a all out supporter of USC, but how in the hell can you deny LSU after beating a VERY good Georgia team to a PULP????

If they do not make it...it is a travesty!

I give a LSU alot of credit, but Georgia was alot like Ohio State. Other than the Tennessee game they were never overly impressive this year. Hell, they need a late FG to beat UAB at home. So I am not sure how impressive toonights spanking really is.

I guess I am different than some - I look more at who you lose to. USC - Cal OU- KSt LSU- Fla (home)

They are all bad losses, OU and LSU lost by DD. I would probably toss LSU because it was a home game and how bad Fla was at the time. KState is clearly the best of the 3 winners in those games. So I would say USC-OU but it is pretty arbitrary. Whoever gets screwed cant complain (even Scott) - they only have themselves to blame.

Yes but the BCS looks at an entire season & over a whole season Cal is the worst loss of the 3. They have one less loss then Kansas State & Florida combined.

LSU has also beaten more ranked teams then Oklahoma & USC. LSU's 2 wins against Georgia trump anything USC has done as far as quality wins go.

If the pac 10 played the same OOC schedule the SEC plays, there would be more ranked pac 10 teams. YES this was down year for pac 10, and that hurt USC and USC OOC opponents all tanked. I agree, USC has only themselves to blame "but" it would be a travesty if USC does not play LSU in NC game. A split NC I think is very likely if either USC or LSU is left out. Especially if USC is left out because the human polls will have USC ahead of them. I think.

I agree with Sun Tzu Georgia is a good team but not a very good team. However, LSU was impressive in their last 2 games and congrats to them. Beating UGA is the same as Michigan beating Ohio St. Good but nothing special.

FIGHT ON!!!!!!!!

The one thing we do know for a fact is LSU will be #2 in atleast one computer & that is in the Colley Matrix.

LSU beating Georgia twice by a combined 51-23 in one season with Georgia being ranked in the top 10 both times trumps ANYTHING USC did this year.

I will side with USC deserving to being in the Sugar Bowl only because of all the one loss teams they lost the earliest & like LSU ended the season taking care of business & are outright conference champions while Oklahoma is only a division champion.

I am glad we agree that USC should play LSU in NC. I guess the next great debate will be who would win. ;)

I agree with Mr.Hockey and Scott4Atlanta..USC should play LSU.

LSU deserves it after last nite. USC-Oklanhoma do too...

But still I think as a fan I'd like to see LSU and USC down in Tiger Pit.

At large..Michigan will give any team all they can handle.

Michigan -Oklahoma sounds interesting to me! who knows?

:D
