Saying both teams are banged up laughable....But The Titans are GREATLY decimated with injuries so lets get into keys of the injury impact for both teams....The Chiefs have no Priest Holmes ....That does not bother me at all....The Chiefs have two HUNGRY backs in Blaylock and a POUNDING Larry Johnson, Johnson finally got his playing time last week ....johnson rushed for 118 yards in 20 carries, caught three passes for 56 yards and scored twice in the 34-27 victory last week and this man wants the ball!! he is a stud and a punisher!.If Vermeil has any smarts he will run this guy 25 times tonite because the Titans are out of players!....The Titans rank 17th in run defense BUT have been devastated by injuries to their linebackers and secondary...the 6-foot-1, 230-pound Johnson was getting stronger as he wore the Raiders down AND AGAIN COULD WEAR THE Titan defense out ....Coach Dick Vermeil said Saturday that Blaylock will take the first two series, Johnson will take the third, then the backs will rotate.
?Some of that will be determined by how the game plays out,? Vermeil said. ?Sometimes you get a feel as the game goes on, like in New Orleans when Derrick was rippin' 'em pretty good. They're both going to get a chance to get in there and run.?

The Titans are without cornerbacks Samari Rolle and Andre Woolfolk and safety Lance Schulters,so Green is licking his chops on the passing side ....QUICK! tell me if Tennessee linebacker Keith Bulluck can cover Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez?....I dont think any linebacker can cover him! The titans DEFENSE is just to torn up to stop KC which has it's running and passing game still intact with talented replacements........Then there is QB Mcnair...game time decision....im pretty sure he wont play but even if he did i would still be on KC...well ya know you have a very good qb in Green,, The best Tight End in the NFL in Tony Gonzalez ....Two very good running backs in Blaylock and a POUNDING Larry Johnson....and the best return man in the NFL in Dante Hall ....Tenn will have a 2nd string qb and a hurt RB Chris Brown(turf toe) ouch! and thats about it...The Titans did their worst job of protecting the quarterback in their loss in Indianapolis. Billy Volek was sacked seven times!!!!!! whewwwwwww.....The Titans will wear their light blue, GIRLY-MAN jerseys for the second time this season......Bottom Line.....Chiefs have a ton more talent on the field tonite AND Kansas City has a great offensive line which WILL pose problems for Tennessee's defensive linemen since the seven who are Going to play FIVE ARE ROOKIES!!! A BIG WHEWWWWW. The Titans have to stop the league's No. 4 run offense without help from a safety if an injury-depleted secondary....Tenn is in some BIG TROUBLE TONITE!
