The idiot following should have been on the phone with 911 rather than trying to get it on video.
Or both. I followed a guy a few years ago with 911 until he was stopped. The guy I followed was in the local Minit Mart buying tobacco. He had clearly been in a fight/beaten up. He had blood all over his shirt and still dripping from his nose. He was staggering around, and he paid and left. I figured he was riding with somebody, but then he started driving! I followed, called 911, and they had him pulled over in about 2 miles. Glad he didn't hurt anybody.
