You can certainly leave the country though. Hell I'd help you pack, make you a sandwich for the boat ride. When do you think you might be leaving?
North Dakota would be the winner, no contest.
They have the nukes, ready-to-fire on Minuteman III missiles. They can launch all of them simultaneously and hit 150 locations within the USA in less than 15 minutes.
The first 50 would hit all the nuke sites and AF bases, leaving them another hundred shots.
Goodbye LA, NYC, Houston, Dallas, Miami, DC, the Pentagon,
The war would be over before most knew it had started. Texas and California would be smoking holes in the ground.

Well, to start with, they cant produce anything but shitty movies, cant grow anything cause they are outta fresh water, and to get a drivers license there are 18 different gender choices
