For years and years, I fell victim to tout services. I thought every year I was smarter than them and wouldn't fall into their clutches,but yet I would plunk my money down, only to be beaten again and again. Over time, I have seen many good, honest handicappers do well, but I am more interested in those that have proven to be either the worst or most dishonest.
As i said, I have used many, but the one that stands out the most was easily Stan Hargate, who one year ran a service called Magnum Sports...... shit picks, costly, poor service, etc. Anyone else have one they would like to share?
