i remember you being high on cole miller......and i remember kickserv saying that jorge gurgel is overrated.....

and i agreed with him.....gurgel,imo,shouldn`t beat many "real good" fighters...

point is,cole miller is fighting gurgel down the road....line`s up at 5 dimes and it`s miller -125...which is very do-able...

my question to you is,"is cole miller a `real good` fighter?" ...i haven`t seen enough of him to get a decent read....

No i was high on Jeremy Stevens (his hands really). he fought Cole Miller. Stevens always seems to get caught in a submission every fight where my heart almost stops but he gets out of them. Last fight Cole almost had him and Stevens said he had him in deep. Im trying to figure out who Gurgel is. Name sounds real familar. Isn't gurgel the guy you and someone else said was a stiff?

I remember now Weasel. And it was that prick Kickerv (who is in this thread) who said he was a stiff. You both called him a stiff and i took Halverson over him and got beat. Then you yelled at me :mj07: I think you and Kick said he was a stiff a fight earlier and i was a fight late. Honestly i wasn't impressed with Gurgel either but he does have a nice record. From what i remembered he was a front runner. Cole is not a bad fighter but still learning. I'll pass. To close to call in my book. Kick did i ever tell you that i tailed you on that Day character last ufc? Just small but a nice hit. You got my attention when you said five dimes wouldn't put out a line because they thought you were gonna bankrupt them.:mj07:

I think it's a good call to pass on the Gurgel/Miller fight... Gurgel's strength is his heart/will to win... I once read that he was pissin' blood after one of his fights b/c he refused to quit after a debilitating kidney shot...

Gurgel's strength is the ground game, but he's one of those crowd-pleaser types that will stand up just to entertain the crowd... the best way to entertain me is to try and win in the most efficient way possible, but Gurgel doesnt see it that way or he would take it to the ground more often.

Miller has a good ground game as well and he did have that head kick KO in the TUF 5 finale.

If i had to take a shot it would definitely be Gurgel, though...

Bisping is like Colture. Everyone keeps betting against him and he keeps on winning. :shrug: I did have Evans over him tho but the way Evans was gassing my easy bet almost turned into a train wreck. Bisping is a strange guy. One minute he looks very average and the next time he looks pretty good. another one i will stay away from. Jeez these fights a year ago were a lot easier.

I think my dislike for Michael Bisping actually came about when he fought Matt Hammill... Bisping was pathetic and i COULD NOT BELIEVE they gave the decision to him... funny thing about it was I HAD MONEY ON BISPING!!! I was cursing myself the whole time saying 'i'll never EVER bet on this pussy again'... and I wont... EVER... cant believe i won money on such a catastrophe of a fight.

Hard to tell when he'll bring his A game or leave it in the girls bathroom...

i saw that one raw. Thought Hamil had it to. Maybe if Bisping wins this one he can fight Silva younger brother.
