Not to my knowledge.. A buddy and I signed up yesterday.. He had to show up with DL in hand to get us in.

Its just in my name not yours but you send me pix and if you win it all I find out what my taxes are going to be, pay them, less my 5% and the rest is yours...Its quite simple...Its just in my name and I'm allowed to sign up twice...Thats what the proxy services are doing and they have many clients
