a dreadful fight ,but,better to have espadas pay at +220 than bones adams at +125....never saw morales go below -330 or the stoppage go above +125,so i couldn`t wade in on the morales win.....all that announcer b.s. about morales being drained making weight turned out to be just that.....ayala is tough,but a weak puncher and limited overall vs someone of morales stature...barrera-morales 3?....why the hell not....will be more profitable days ahead leading up to the holidays...g.l. all

I think we'll see Morales-Barrera III. It's money. It's HBO.

Do you see boxing promotion beginning to be dominated by HBO? I suppose it has been coming for years. When Tyson was on Showtime, that seemed to be where a lot of boxing took place, but it's just dominated by HBO right now.

Every fight that people want to see is now with HBO boxers. These featherweights are fighting million dollar fights on HBO without titles at stake. Tapia dropped his belt to fight Barrera on HBO.

More money. More exposure. Why not?

Don King has almost no fighters right now. And he has to bend over for HBO -- its the only outlet for exposure. But I think fighters are seeing that they don't need to go with DK or some other shady promoter when HBO puts them on TV and gives them money.

Certainly HBO overlooks some good fighters, but they seem very interested in putting on fights we want to watch and that means fighters we want to watch.

don king is losing sway over boxing...hbo is cornering most of the marquee talent and they push hard to make top fights...they aren`t about mismatches to protect fighters and titles....free at last....free at last....thanks god,we are free at last .....g.l.
