Anyone been playing this hockey system of when a favorite is -200 or more and the total is 5.5 to take under?

some bookies have same match at -200 and others -170, what's the deciding line
and when you take it ? wait til last minute ?

same with total, wait til game is just about to start ?

Honestly I usually just check the twoplustwo thread to see what plays are and just take under whenever I see a -200 team and the total is 5.5
