HOLLYWOOD OR HOLLY-WON'T???
ANALYSTS POST PREDICTIONS ON TINSLETOWN BECOMING STRIKE-TOWN, USA

Betus.com Posts Odds on all Things SAG Strike

NEW YORK June 25th, 2008? Just as Hollywood was getting back on its feet after the writer's strike, the threat of a work stoppage by actors has studios and the entertainment industry in a fit. Studios are putting a hold on production starts for feature movies and TV pilots amid news that the Screen Actors Guild will call a strike immediately after the June 30 expiration date of the current labor deal. For example, movies like "Transformers 2," have a built-in hiatus next month; the next batch of features, including "2012," "Prince of Persia" and "Nottingham," won't start until late summer as a precaution.
