Hollywoodsportsbook waiting about 2 months for payout

I hope that is not true.
Shouldn't be a sponsor if it takes more then ten days to get paid.
Simple as that.
5dimes and Betjamaica never pull that kind of shit. Those books pay within three days tops, sometimes quicker. Just play at those sponsor books and all is good.

Never had a problem with either of those books or bookmaker. Was trying a new book that is a sponsor and it hasn't worked out well.
I will say Jack has always helped me in the past with the few issues I've had with Sponsored books. Hopefully this will work out.

On the 6th I contacted Live chat about the issue
On the 7th the Manager in Customer Service said he was looking into it.
Yesterday I sent the e-mail that is mentioned in this thread detailing everything.
Still nothing has happened. Also I have not been contacted to let me know what they are doing.
They say they have never missed a client payout since 1999. I feel missed.

When I said sent email. I meant sent e-mail to hannah(I've sent e-mails,Live chat, phone) as had been requested. Why are you attacking me. I just resent the email.

I requested a payout on March 7th(action taken March 13th) for bank wire. That
never went through because of an issue with the processor. I was never notified
of this until I contacted customer service. At that time the money was refunded
to my account. I feel the transaction should just have been put through again.
But no matter I submitted another transaction request for a check.
I submitted the check request on the 4/22(action taken 4/27). It look like it
was going good and arrived in xxxxxxx on the May 6th. I noticed a message
saying shipper contacted while checking my tracking number. I called DHL and
they informed me that the shipper had requested the shipment be stopped. For
the last three days I am told hollywoodsportsbook is trying to get in touch with
the processor. If there is any other information you need please let me know.

Send me your account ID and I'll see what I can do but sportsbook.com is handling the payouts and Hollywood no longer takes U.S. business. Who know what's going on.

Jack helped get some new information. Looks like I need to wait the weekend. They don't understand either why the delivery was halted.

They credited the money back to my account and I have asked for payout for the third time. Hope it is a charm.
Processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after the week wait for them to respond to payout request. You should get paid eventually.

Everywhere I've read about sportsbook.com and their family of books, which include hollywoodsports, says they are crap. I can say I've gone through this slow pay BS myself. Eventually was paid after 3 months of delays. Never been back since.
Solid books do not slow pay. 5 dimes will get a cheque to you in about 5 days, no BS. Now that is a solid book........
