I usually have 8-10 windows open at all times. I didn't know you could drag the tabs and changed the order they are in at the top. This discovery pleases the hell out of me. :0074

Yeah, it's a really cool feature. When Internet Explorer came out with their 1998 update, you could do that. So glad you discovered this.

If you have two monitors you can drag a tab to the other monitor and it will open a new instance of chrome - aka opening in a new window

I don't. And won't. Why?

Cool. I did not know that, either. It also pleases me. (I usually have 2-10 windows open at a time.)

And it sure explains why in the past the order would shift on me once in a while for no apparent reason and I'd say, "How in the hell did that happen?"

Yep, that's what happened to me but I happened to notice what I did this time.

I like my MJ window all the way on the left so if I ever closed it for some reason I would close all my windows and open them all back up in the order I prefer. PIA.

This is a great discovery for me. :0074

With your mouse over a tab - if you click your scroll button (wheel) on your mouse, it will close the tab.

Much easier than clicking that itty bitty x

One browser "tab" trick I use all the time:
If you accidentally close a tab, or just want to reopen the last thing you closed you can get it back.

Shift-Ctrl-T will reopen it. (Hold your shift and ctrl buttons down, then press T)
