It only works if you live in NYC, the iron in the water there makes the crust crisp and flaky.... Thats what all the folks from NYC say down in S Florida :shrug:

Does half the dough recipe equal a 9 inch pan? I'm not too sure about that. What about a 12" pan, how much dough?

I'll just have leftover dough. I'll try it next weekend.

Seems a lot easier to just have one delivered.

I would have called for delivery once the pan did not fit the oven :lol:

We have a local place that sells uncooked pies 2for1.

I took one to work to pop in the pizza oven a few years ago, and it was about two inches too big for the oven.

I had to cut it into quarters to bake it. One piece at a time.
