Hoops and other Wilco fans

Thought you guys might like to see this story that was in yesterday's Chicago Tribune.

With the movie only playing in 50 cities I don't think it will make it to my backwater burg, but it might play in Iowa City. If not, its supposed to make it to DVD later this year.


Also, heard a couple of cuts from Jay Bennett's new CD. Its too bad he's not in Wilco anymore, but if both he and Wilco can put out work this good........

Redsfann- I should have mentioned the movie in the other thread. The only place it's playing near me is in NYC and as much as I would like to watch the movie, I can't justify driving into the city for that. Certainly will catch it once it comes out on DVD though. I haven't heard Bennett's CD..will check it out though.
