UWM will not lose to Detroit. -1 is a huge bargain Panthers should be -at least 8. They struggled 4 of last 5 games due to Pages's injury and shooters were just in a slump. All is well plenty of rest they have had and had an easy victory last game out although against Clev. State really helped their confidence. The big lead they had in Horizon actually hurt them as they got a little overconfident while other teams came out gunning for them. You can talk about Detrioit defense, revenge, but this is a great matchup for UWM. They know only way they make NCAA is to win this tournament. Detroit does not have enough horses to keep up the pace UWM will have from start to finish. GL

Have to respectfully disagree......IMO there is NO TEAM worthy of a bid to the NCAA tourney out of this conference.....why would a team that has won 10 in a row be an 8 point underdog to a team that doesnt have any business in the NCAA tourney anyways??
Gimme Illinois Chicago, Detroit and Milwaukee in a bucket and I will pull out one and there is your best team......IMO they are interchangable talentwise.

No trap overreaction on Detroit. Detroit was clearly stunned when UWM beat them at their place and that was a game UWM sent a message.
Talent wise I agree but it is the style of play and Detroit can not keep up the pace for 2 halves in this game. UWM has played in tough venues this year and went to NC. State and should have won that game. There have been some injuries distractions last couple of weeks on this team but I can assure you this team is focused, confident and had a great week of practice. As long as they don't shoot under 35% they will win convincingly.

No homerism when it comes to money. I hope Butler beats UIC today because after UWM wins today I don't think they will beat UIC.
