How do you know it lived? Don't they put horses down for much less than that when they become lame or whatever? I mean I'm sure all it's legs are broken... maybe it lived for a few hours after that, but I bet it suffered pretty bad.

I just seriously hate that it happened.

And I enjoy rally racing too... but not this side of it. You can find videos of people getting clipped just like that standing right on the side of the road like idiots trying to get up close to the race. Seen much worse when one of these cars goes into a crowd, but somehow I feel less bad for them, maybe because it was their choice to put their lives in danger by standing so close to the race, while on the other hand, the horse was just trying to cross the road in its own habitat when a car came barreling down the road.
