GP and SA today....

Gulfstream Park
Race 7 - Alsaleet @ 5/1*
Race 9 - (longshot dutch) Union Place @ 12/1, Lord Juban @ 8/1

side note on gulfstream 9; love Orchard Park, but can't back him at that price when he is in post 12 (outside posts have been ugly on the turf this meet - as post 11,12 have only produced 8% winners). If anyone can do it, it's Bailey....but prefer to take a stab here.

Santa Anita
Race 4 - (dutch) All Grace @ 5/1, Dellavalade @ 9/2
Race 5 - (dutch) Color Me Matt C @ 8/1, Holly Prince @ 7/2

note on SA 4; Hate wagering on a first-time-starter in a wide open event (i.e. All Grace).....but connections are hot, the progeny is right, and Solis knows how to rate a firster, almost better than anyone - and he's not exactly facing a bunch of head knockers here. Dellavalade ran 4-wide last time, while ED lost his whip. Still missed by less than a length for the win, and right behind Fiddlin Devon and Aphobic Lady who appear here. Expect big improvement.

Yeah, Pattern, that one kind of stung. Lord Juban went off at 20/1!! Even Union Place had a shot. Orchard Park was awesome, as he went wide all the way around the track and still won by 2 or so......

Race: 9 Win Place Show
1st 12 ORCHARD PARK 4.60 3.80 3.00
2nd 7 LORD JUBAN 11.40 6.00
3rd 3 RED'S TOP GUN 7.20

No stellar dutches today, but the approach has been working very well for the last several weeks.....and nearly got that bomb at Gulfstream, so at least got a moral victory lol.

Look forward to posting up tomorrow....
