Marty, the NY Post pitching form was my one and only tool most days 20 + yrs ago. A few things you may add to get a smaller # of plays and solid shots would be : (REC) the teams w/L record has to be in the black when that pitcher starts - OR- a hot team vs a cold team. These #'s can be very deceiving, I have seen periods were you would have cleaned up and I have seen times that you would have been crushed. It's a good tool ,great info easy to read.
