The Memphis Grizzlies look to rebound from a disappointing home performance when they host the slumping Houston Rockets tonight.

The Grizz are 13-30 SU and 24-19 ATS this season after starting the year 0-13 SU and 5-8 ATS. Last time out they scored just 32 points in the second half against the Sonics so they will be motivated to put up a much better performance in their own building tonight. Although they have now lost three straight at home, two of those were against upper echelon teams in the Kings and Blazers.

The Rockets are 23-19 SU and 22-18-2 ATS this season. They have lost their last four games and this slump has coincided with coach Rudy Tomjanovich limiting Yao Ming's minutes to just 25 per game as he struggles with the long grind of an NBA season. Houston are 6-13 SU on the road this season so to be laying points here while in a slump appears a difficult task, especially as it is their third game in four nights. They are just 1-4 ATS this season in the role of road favorite.

The battle of the boards will be key tonight as the Rockets are the NBA's 3rd best rebounding team while Memphis are just 26th.

Memphis have covered four of the last five in this series including the last three at the Pyramid.

We believe the wrong team is favored tonight and will take the home team and the points.
