DTB,
This is a done deal!!!!!and I feel terrific about it! I'd still like to go and put on a pot of coffee and crack a new pack of smokes but I probably always will. Fact is I'm not really bothered anymore by cravings and if I am its only for a few seconds.
I cannot emphasize how helpful it was to come to the computer and talk about it, get psyched, and revel in support when it was really tough. I was a surly sob for that week, for sure!........Now I'm walkin 2 miles a day....liftin a little, actually losin weight ......(carb conscious) + doing all those good things we talked about. Funny thing...My excuse for going back the last time was weight... 35...for the year. Not this time. Too old .....to tough to do....
TOO DANGEROUS! I,m done with the butts..PERMANENT!
I hope you are still planning on Labor Day!
and Jack as well. Everything is GREAT...when its done, and you guys will have tons of support and help to get through it.Thanks for askin and thanks to all.
Have a good one DTB!!

way to go bear. as a smoker i know how much of a hurdle youve made and hope you hang in.. you made it this far so the worst part is over.but dont take it for granted and lapse back like many have.

you should be proud to beat the habit...very proud. keep er goin.
