How do golf matchup bets close when a cut is missed?

I took Tiger Woods this week at -220 over Bob Estes. While Im jumping the gun, Estes just threw up a 7 on the second hole.

What happens if he misses the cut? Does the book close the bet right then and there? I mean, the person missing the cut doesnt post an official score, so even if Woods were to post back to back 85s, wouldnt his final score still be better since one doesnt make the cut?

whoever plays the most holes wins. if estes played 2 holes and say tiger quits after 3,tiger would be the winner. most places though will not grade a tourney wager till after the final round,
