How do you break this cycle?

The past four or five nights I have been losing Juice! I have went 5-5, 8-8, 10-10, 5-5 and 5-5 the past few nights with my book! He is eating my ass on Juice!

Do I need to limit my number of plays? Do I need to quit Gaming because I suck? What?

My thoughts are your playing to many games. The odds of you going 7 out of 8 or 8 out of 10 are astronamical. I like to pick between 2 and four games a night. I will never win big or lose big, but i am consistently doing better than i have ever done before!

Blue, see the above response by wareagle.... my thoughts exactly. (...but what works for some doesn't always work for others....) personally, i try to limit myself to a select few plays...usually between 3 and 5....

oh, and stay away from the parlays and teasers...they are the RAKE!!!

Play an odd number of games. If you play exactly 10 games, you have to hit 60% to show a profit not counting ties. If you played 9 or 11, then you "only" have to hit 55% to show a profit.

You have to tread water a certain amount of the time. In the long run, nobody's going to top 60% so you have to accept the 5-5 days. That's a lot better than a 2-8 day.
