A draw is a winner if at the end of regulation time ( 90 minutes plus whatever additional time added on usually 3-4 minutes) the game is tied.
So for example, lets say you pick a DRAW between England and Denmark, and after regulation time it is tied, you win even though a winner has to be the final result.
