Keep in mind, I am not disagreeing with you, just giving you the reasons.
Fantasy sports are considered a game of skill and poker (especially online) is considered a game of luck (chance).
The UIGEA of 06 gave a specific carve our for fantasy sports.
Yes they carved out a niche because half of the lawmakers probably have fantasy teams.
There's as much skill in fantasy as in poker. You can guess player A may get a lot of points against defense B because the matchup is good, but it doesn't always work out. He can break his leg on the 1st play. You can optimize your chances of pulling a winning card by running the numbers but it doesn't mean you'll get what you need
They are one in the same. Skill games with an element of luck.
I agree they are the same as far as luck goes. Its like arguing why alcohol is legal and pot isn't.

So as of now im at a $1,000 payout in a $25 league but I have no players left.. Hoping for a low scoring affair tonight. Maybe I wont drop to many spots..

Damn Karpernick went off and when V Davis caught that TD pass it kicked me way down in the rankings..
Still won $500 not bad.. I entered 6 times so I net $350. Last week won $600 on 4 entries..

Starting to get the hang of it I think this week I will give a shot in the higher priced entry leagues.. They cost more but only half the entries allowed not so many damn people to compete with
