and they still can't get it right??? i've been playinghere since the beginning of time it seems and frankly i don't know why. well, ok, i do know why, i like the half points on friday nights, the -102 nfl tuesdays, the best nfl contest on the web.

BUT, WHY IN THE HELLL CAN'T THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM/COMMUNICATIONS TO KEEP THE SITE UP DURING HIGH TRAFFIC TIMES.

CARIB, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS COMING FROM A BOOK THAT CONSIDERS ITSELF 'TOP TIER'

thanks ie,

but likei said, i've been playing with them forever so i have all that contact info. if you e-mail they will tell you to call the customer service number, the problem is that when the website is down its impossible to get through to the cs or the wagering number. i can drive down to tijuana and get a bet down at calliente in less time than i'll be on hold with them.

after bitching them out, i thought i should report something good. ok, despitee the website being down or difficult almost all day, i manged to put through a withdrawl, (because i was pissed at the whole thing) but while fighting the website i apparently missed some step (netellering btw) next time i logged on there was a message invorming me i had missed a step, so i tried to get back to the cashier page and fix it. spent 20 minutes f'ing around with it and gave up, went to make a sandwich. figuring i'd give it one more shot then call them. before i finished lunch, i had a call from karryn in cs, to ask if she could help me with my withdraw. now that is cs boys. good work carib. if your webservers worked as well as your cs department, you'd be damn near perfect (oh yeah, except for the 20 cent baseball lines and huge straddles on tennis)

thanks
