Pending the book, some of them are super fast. Off the top of my head, BetJamaica, Pinnacle and Olympic all had the money in my Neteller account within an hour. They say 24-48 hours for protection, but I don't think I've ever waited much more than 12 hours.
All depends on the book, but within 24 hours should be considered the norm.
