Fame and fortune? He's all set. Name etched forever in the history books? Got that, too. A dominating persona and worldwide respect? All set there. He is Tiger Woods.

But wait. Ah, Woods vs. Nicklaus. It is a matchup that we will never be privileged to have, so we must be satisfied with merely comparing numbers and as such they are favorable toward Woods.

The name of the game now for Tiger is to catch the Bear's record of 18 majors - a feat that some golfers considered as impossible to duplicate. Don't tell that to Tiger...

With every Major Championship last year being won by different players, this season could once again be the year of the Tiger. While Tiger fell short on every Major last season, you can bet that he plans to once again emerge as the player to beat.

Will no one step up to challenge Woods this season? How many majors will Tiger Woods win in 2006?

Bodog.com invites the weekend duffers to take a swing at how many Major?s if any Tiger can take home this season. Current odds have none and one titles as the favorites at 5/4 and 6/5 respectively, and 4 Majors the extreme long shot at 18/1.

what a joke

you guys are ripping the chit out of people

PINNY:
none +210
one +160
two +300
three +1200
grand slam + 5000

BODOG
none +125
one +120
two +250
three +800
grand slam +1800

grand slam is 50 to 1 at pinnacle and you guys are paying 18 to 1. lol. you are lucky the squares love flashy graphics and an advertising budget, but hey i guess you are consistent.

HILTON HAS IT AT 50-1 WHICH IS SURPRISING FOR VEGAS. LAST YEAR THEY HAD IT AT 35-1 AND WHEN I SAW IT I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE. WE KNOW HOW GOOD TIGER IS BUT COME ON WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THE GRAND SLAM. EVEN IF HE IS 3-3 THE PRESSURE THAT WOULD BE INVOLVED, WOW!!! I PERSONALLY THINK HE COULD EVENTUALLY DO IT AND SO IT MIGHT BE WORTH A WAGER EVERY YEAR.

Since events are spead out and prob worst odds on Tiger to win any event will be 4/1--bet each one individually and let it ride
4/1x4/1x4/1x4/1 will get you just "a little" better return than 18/1 to win all 4
They must think we fell off turnip truck :)

Didnt Tiger win both the Masters and British Open last year, or have I completely lost my mind? (or perhaps both)

Yo're right pharlap, Tiger did win the Masters and US Open. I should have said, Tiger almost won all four Slams last year.

With the way things are going, Tiger could make a Tiger Slam Sweep this year! Who knows...
