How much is $40,420,000 really worth?

Well, thats the difference in salary cap numbers between the NFL's first wildcard game between Baltimore and Tennessee.

Baltimore coming in with the lightest in 2oo4, well under 24 mil of the projected cap.

Tennessee is on the other end of the 32 teams, a whopping 16 million over budget.

What, if anything, does this have to do with the game that kicks off at 4:30? There are quite a few ways to answer that, but I will begin the playoffs with a prop play nonetheless.
