to deposit into an offshore sportsbook such as Pinnacle or the Greek? For some reason, I feel a little sketched about putting a lot in these books...but I have been known to be a little paranoid at times :shrug:

hh...

first, you shouldn't feel nervous in dealing with pinnacle or olympic. you can't find more solid books.

as far as how much money should you deposit depends on many things....ie...

what sports will you be betting ?

how often will you be betting ?

how much will you be betting ?

only you can answer those type of questions.

everything is relative, but you can feel safe depositing whatever you have budgeted for yourself at Pinnacle without a concern.

If I lived in the USA, I would not trust any offshore book with more than 10% of my bankroll. You never know when one will be busted down or the govt stops transfers.

If that is not a problem with you then I am sure that Pinnacle and Olympic are good for whatever you want to put in it.

I am doubting a book like Pinnacle or Olympic would be easily "busted down"... - Pinnacle is in the Antilles (Netherlands) & Olympic is in Jamaica (Montego Bay - a beautiful place...), and for some reason I can't see either of those countries cracking down on online gambling anytime soon and both of these books seem secure moneywise... perhaps I am naive or you are referring to something else

And even it the US govt stops transfers (which I highly doubt), seems like you could get a cashier's check mailed to you no problem...

Just musing - correct me if incorrect...
