it's just standard information available from your machine
every machine is issued a unique IP address when it connects to the internet.
the rest of it is usefull for websites to know what product and version of a web browser you are using. that way they can tailor your experience on their websites with features that are available for that version.
it is also useful for seeking updates for your web service clients
as long as you don't allow a site to download, install and run software on your machine you will remain anonymous
