I love Hotdogs ! You cant just eat one ! Mustard , onions , relish is the standard for me ...Nathans are a good grill dog ...But i have always preferred a steamed or dirty water dog ...Cant explain why...Nebrew Nat. good for that.
I want to build a hot dog cart make and little side money and have some fun...Sling some dogs at the late night bar areas. Already have a restaurant grade steam box just need to build the cart around it ...Also do some hot pretzels can get a box of 50 for like $35 bucks and they can be steam heated .
