How will Bill C-290 change sports gambling in Canada?

I hope it goes through, I am only 30-45 min. from Windsor. Last time I was over their it was the 1st yr. they had sports wagering. I didn't know it was parley type betting ( wasn't happy) Plus they had a little dumpy looking sports book ( mostly horse players). I'm sure it's a lot nicer now & if & when they allow single action I will go back.
