Dogs went 9-6-1 ATS yesterday if you consider the ND-Charlotte game PK.
BUT, lower seeds were 10-6 ats yesterday. So, if you took Kent. St. and GAVE, and all the other lower seeds and TOOK, you had a good day yesterday.
Maybe its just a statistical anomaly. But maybe the lines really are shaded too much to the better seeds. And maybe the lines are shaded too much to the teams in the bigger conferences.

You might dispute this, but with two teams in the top 10 this year and the perennial might of Cinci, I threw them in there. If you want to count them as small, then add a loss for char, and take away a win for tulsa, and you still have a 7-5 record.
